1. Who we are
Root's Garden is a Christian educational children's app. Contact: privacy@futurecontractorsofamerica.com (monitored).
2. Children's privacy (COPPA)
We design Root's Garden for children under 13 with caregiver involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. Version 1 operates without child accounts.
3. Information we collect
- Local progress: Game and story progress may be stored on-device only.
- Voice: Pre-generated voice clips may play from our CDN; v1 does not record child voice to our servers.
- Analytics: Minimal, non-behavioral diagnostics only when enabled for app stability.
4. Information we do not collect
We do not require a child's name, email, photo, precise location, or contact list for core use.
5. Parental rights
Parents may review or delete on-device data by clearing app/browser storage. Contact us to request deletion of any account data if accounts are added in future versions.
6. Third parties
We use Azure hosting for content delivery. We do not sell personal information. Third-party links (if any) are labeled and open in caregiver context.
7. Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls on production systems.
8. Changes
We will post material changes here with an updated effective date. Attorney review scheduled before public store launch.
